Some of our authors have just drawn to my attention that this site is illegally offering free e-book downloads of books. I am writing now to confirm that this is the case. There is no agreement between our company and this site that would authorize postings of electronic versions of our publications here. Yet I see, for example, Robert Martin's Scientific Thinking, a book that remains in print and very much in copyright, being offered illegally as a free e-book download. If this and all other Broadview Press titles are not removed from this site immediately, we will be in touch with our lawyers regarding legal action.
