Download from rapidshare like premium (100% works),
Download the latest version of Firefox & then download the Greasemonkey extension:

After restarting firefox, download this file

u can download by resuming that also
if u use download manager then disable them for some time so that they do not catch the download file.
for IDM go to options-->file types ( remove the file extension which u r going to download and hit ok)
