Jonathan Altfeld’s Finding your Irresistible Voice
Jonathan Altfeld has an excellent new dual CD on voice work. These are not basic or straightforward NLP tapes, in that most of the work consists of voice exercises designed to give you greater vocal flexibility for training and presenting. They're for anyone of any level of NLP experience, and would serve as a concrete introduction to anyone new to the field.
CD1 starts with a series of simple voice exercises around increasing tone and tempo range, while the second CD does a bit more installation around using presuppositions, embedded commands, and rhythm and rapport exercises.
A number of the things taught on these CDs cements other NLP tools in unexpected ways. Jonathan Altfelds style is significantly different from most of the other trainers. His style down to earth and emphasizes the most practical of skills.
This is the only voice specific NLP product besides Carol Flemming's I know of, and it’s exceptional. That the tools on this CD extend so far beyond just voice tune-ups is simply an added benefit.
