Overview: The book provides common sense to our eating habits. The problem is that it assumes that we all lead normal lives, with time to breathe, and smell our food and wake up plenty in time to make big breakfast or get home early enough to cook health meals. It assumes also that the non-Indian readers can somehow figure out all the Indian ingredients and follow up. On the flip side I really enjoyed her sense of humor and the reasonable approach in food. I haven’t lost any inches but I liked all the stories shared and advices on how and when to eat food and make it work for you. Thanks.
