You can't get this as an e-book so I bought it in PB. I typed as I read because I think tearing up a book is sacrilege and that's the only way you can do a decent scan.. (I know I'm sad). It's converted to pdf and I've included the original word doc it was compiled in. Also included in the folder are both the English and US covers. I used the English one 'cause I'm English.
