Body Dysmorphic Disorder Books

Please, I´ve being tried to find this 2 books, but no one have it. And what is odd is that the subject deserves serious attention, for it is a disorder with high incidence of suicide, sufferers are driscriminated and misdiagnosed frequentely, and the books are highly praised and recomended by professionals on that field. Help me out if you can. Thanks.
