Prepare for action. Flooring the attacker. Defence against: front holds, wrist holds, holds from the rear, front chokes, strangles from the rear, chokes & strangles on the ground, knife attack without weapons, a pistol attacker, attacker with a cosh. Controlling the attacker on the ground. Arm locks and wristlocks. Facing two attackers. Defence against: double arm and strangle holds, armed attackers. Going to the rescue.
