1. First download Some brushes
2.Open Photoshop and click on the brush tool 3. Click on the arrow next to where it says brush,A menu should pop-up then click on the arrow on the right and choose "Preset manager" . 4. Click on load on Browse for the folder where your brushes are located and click load again. 5. There you have succesfully added new brushes to your list.
